A powerful LPG smoke with a large smoking area. The smoke has four grates and there are hooks on its top for hanging e.g. whole fish inside the smoker. The dust box and the burner each have their own space that can be opened during smoking without reducing the heat in the smoking compartment itself. 4.4 kW stainless steel burner generates even heat and smoke into the smoke. 4 chromed smoke grates of 34 x 35 cm. Enamelled water/folding pan is placed under the grates. Smoke chips are placed in enameled pan. Handle that facilitates lifting and moving the smoke. The chimney has a valve that helps adjust the amount of smoke inside the chimney. With a thermometer you can check the temperature inside the smoke.
