A powerful gas smoker with a large smoking area – perfect for smoking fish, meat, and other ingredients with even heat and excellent flavour. The smoker is equipped with four spacious racks as well as hooks in the ceiling for hanging items such as whole fish. The burner and wood chip box have separate access doors that can be opened during use without affecting the temperature inside the smoking chamber. The powerful 4.4 kW stainless steel burner provides even heat distribution and efficient smoke generation. The smoker features four chrome-plated racks measuring 34 x 35 cm. An enamelled water/drip tray is placed beneath the racks, while wood chips are added to a separate enamelled tray. Practical handles make the smoker easy to lift and move. The chimney is equipped with an adjustable vent for easy control of the smoke level inside the chamber. A built-in thermometer makes it easy to monitor the temperature throughout the smoking process.
