Gas smoke for e.g. meat, fish & vegetables. A very powerful gas smoker with a really large smoke surface. The smoker has six chrome-plated grates measuring 56 x 36 centimeters, eight ceiling hooks for hanging fish and an enameled container under the grates for collecting fat and liquid. The smoker also has a thermometer in the door and a chimney with a flap, so you can easily control both the temperature and the amount of smoke during the process. The gas smoker Mustang Teno is equipped with two burners, both with an output of 2.93 kW. The total power of the smoke is 5.86 kW. Since the burners are placed in their own space together with the enameled chip container, you can easily open the space during smoking without affecting the temperature inside the smoking space. The smoke is 80 centimeters wide, 145 centimeters high, 50 centimeters deep and equipped with sturdy carrying handles for easy movement.
