Use:
Wash the grill iron with water before first use.
Use butter or oil in the iron so that it is well fried.
When the iron is fried, only a little frying fat is needed.
Care:
Wash by hand with hot water without detergent.
The grill iron must not be washed in a dishwasher.
Dry with paper towels.
Please grease the iron to avoid rust.
Burnt-on food residues can be removed and the grill iron cleaned with steel wool (without detergent) or equivalent.
Then you should fry the iron again.
In case of possible rust formation, do the same.
