Stainless steel grinding plate designed for the NIMA MR 9-TC22 meat grinder and other compatible meat grinders with a size 22 Enterprise system. The plate is available with a 6 mm or 8 mm hole diameter, so you can easily adjust the grind to suit how the meat will be used. Ideal if you grind your own game meat, make sausages or want control over the texture of minced meat. Choose between two hole sizes: 6 mm: For a somewhat finer grind, for example for minced meat, burgers and sausages. 8 mm: For a coarser grind, for example for coarsely minced meat and sausages with a coarser texture.
