This is a garment that truly combines tradition and functionality. The Highland Wool Vest is made from vadmal wool, a traditional fabric where the wool is fulled (pressed, felted, and treated with moisture and heat) to create a durable, wind-resistant, and insulating material. Historically, vadmal wool has been used in Nordic outdoor life and workwear thanks to its strength and ability to withstand cold and wind. At the same time, it retains the natural qualities of wool – it breathes, insulates, and feels soft and comfortable against the body.
