GENERAL



All prices listed include VAT.


You always have a 30-day open purchase period. This means you have the right to return unused items within 30 days from delivery for an exchange in size, color, another item, or a refund.

For Christmas gifts, the 30-day period starts from Christmas Eve.


Uncollected packages may be charged a fee of €30


We reserve the right to change prices and disclaim liability for any printing errors, technical problems, or sold-out items.



DELIVERY


We ship all orders with DHL. (If you prefer another shipping method, please contact us.)


Delivery is made to your nearest pick-up point. Our goal is a delivery time of 1-5 business days from the order date. Some locations do not have daily deliveries, so it may take longer.


If you want the delivery to a different service point, you can select this yourself at checkout.

All packages remain at the pick-up point for 7 days before being returned.


If Jägarliv AB cannot deliver the entire order at once, the customer only pays one shipping fee.

If you notice any damage to the package before opening it, you must report it to the pick-up point where you collected your shipment. If you discover the damage later, please contact our customer service.



RIGHT OF EXCHANGE / COMPLAINTS / RETURN 


Right of Withdrawal and Exchanges


You have the right to return an item or exchange the size, color, or model within 30 days from the delivery date. In order for us to approve the return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The original packaging must be intact and clean.
  • The tags must still be attached to the item.
  • The item must be free from hair, dirt, and damage.

Would you like to exchange an item? Then you make a standard return and place a new order for the desired item. The shipping fee will automatically be deducted when you enter your new order number on the return form, which is sent back together with your returned item(s).



Return Shipping and Responsibility

  • We at Jägarliv cover the return shipping costs as well as the shipping fee for any exchanges.

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse – even during return shipping. Therefore, please package the item carefully to avoid damage during transport.
  • The return form will be sent to your email address once your order has been delivered. Please use this form for any return.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the return has reached our warehouse and been inspected.
  • We refund the value of the item(s) – the shipping fee of €7.95 is non-refundable.
  • Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for a return to reach us and be processed.
  • Payments are handled via Nets.


Claims and Incorrect Deliveries


In case of a claim or incorrectly delivered item, we will of course cover the return shipping cost. Always contact us first by phone or email before returning the item.


For used items or in case of a claim:

  • Please contact our customer service for an assessment before making a return.
  • We will only issue a refund or credit after we have received and approved the item.
