First, check your spam or junk folder, as the confirmation email sometimes ends up there. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us.

Invoices are handled via Kustom, former Klarna. Log in to your Klarna account to view your purchases. Remember to pay the invoice on time or extend the due date directly with Klarna. Jägarliv is not responsible for any late payment fees connected to your invoice.

Your order will be delivered to your nearest DHL Service Point. Our goal is a delivery time of 1–5 business days from the date of order. Some areas do not have daily deliveries, which may cause slightly longer lead times.

The shipping cost is €7.95.

All parcels remain at the DHL Service Point for 7 days before being returned to us. You can extend the pick-up period yourself via the link in the first SMS from DHL.
Uncollected parcels will be charged a €25 fee.

Fill out the return form included in your parcel and indicate which item(s) you want to return and why. A return label will be sent to you via email from Unifaunonline (check your spam folder as well).
The link in the email leads to a PDF that you can either print yourself or show at your DHL Service Point – they can scan and print it for you.

Refunds are issued once your return has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected. We refund the value of the goods, but not the shipping or return cost of €7.95.
Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks for a return to reach us and be processed.

Yes. Simply return the item and then place a new order for the desired product.
The shipping cost will automatically be deducted when you enter your new order number on the return form that you send back with your returned item(s).

We cover the return shipping cost if you make an exchange using the return form sent to your email.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse, including during return shipping. Please pack the item carefully to avoid transport damage.
